He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Plantz; his stepfather Morris "Boone" Plantz; his father Daniel Bennett; and his nephew Ryan Bennett. He is survived by: his stepmother Patricia Bennett; and his siblings, Bret Bennett, Mark Bennett (Marie), Jay Bennett (Helene Ebright), Kevin Plantz, Tonya Morrison (Tim), Dana Tucker (Herb) and Melissa Plantz (Timothy Mullenhour). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
