It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Hughes (Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Stuart, Florida, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Carlton Hughes of Pittsburgh, PA.. He is survived by: his parent Marie Hughes of Pittsburgh, PA.; his wife Shirley Larson Hughes; his friend Carlton; his daughter Carlyn Chulick (Frank) of Camp Hill, PA; his grandsons, Carlton Chulick of Camp Hill and Travis Chulick (Nicole) of Houston, TX; and his great grandchildren, Carolyne Jane and Reagan Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to support the research of Dr. Stephen Yang through the Carlton and Shirley Hughes Fund for Geriatric Thoracic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
