She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Richard; her husband William; her children, Bruce, Scott, Mark and Barbara; her friend Sylvia; her parents, Blanche Schweiker and Malcolm Schweiker; and her brother Malcolm. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
