He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Wallace Evans and Ethel Evans (Leftwich). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Evans (Schank); his daughter Teresa Ann Delconte (Deano) of Gilbertsville; and his daughter-in-law Maria Evans (Bruni). He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
