He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hopkins and Ana Hopkins of Worcester; his wife Marie Kownacki (Kownacki) of Plains, PA; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Anne) of Newtown Square, PA and Susan (Bryan) of Prescott, AZ; and his cousin Renee Andrew of Bermuda. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
