She was predeceased by: her parents, John Banjo and Ann Elenor Banjo (Grecko); and her brother John Banjo. She is survived by: her husband George J. Kuzma; her children, Georgeanne M. Steen (Ronald H.) of Harleysville, PA and Mary Kay Sanetick (Robert M.) of Denver, NC; her sister Jeannie DiRusso; and her grandchildren, Lily, Dominic and Zachary.
