He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fazio and Angeline Fazio (Piccone); and his grandson Marc Fazio. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Jean Fazio (Petriello); his children, Joseph Fazio (Patricia), Robert Fazio (late Rosemary), Lisa Fazio (Stephen), Carol Fazio (Chris), Anita, Renee (Tristan) and Eric; his stepgranddaughter Kristie Sussman (Gary); and his great grandchild Michael.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Jude's Hospital for Children or Shriners Hospital for Children in Joseph's memory.
