He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Kelly (Place); his children, John S. Kelly (Jeanne) of Skippack, PA, Jacquelyn Kelly of Harleysville, PA and Steven W. Kelly (Dana) of St. Augustine, FL.; his grandchildren, Leigh, Zachary and Luke; and his sister Carol.
