She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond F. Mazeika and Leona P. Mazeika (Johnson). She is survived by: her former husband Michael F. Nugent of Worcester; her sister Linda C. Paradis of Worcester; her niece Hollie T. Lucht; her nephew Craig C. Paradis; and her great-nephews, Noah of West Boylston, Brett of West Boylston, Van Lucht of West Boylston and Jameson Paradis of West Boylston.

The family suggests donations in memory of Jean be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606.
