She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas T. Kostas; her children, Michael Kostas (Panorea) of Worcester, Eleftheria "Libby" John of Worcester, Elpida Economou and Lynn Bilodeau; her grandson Thomas G. Economou; and her parents, Theophanis Zoi and Katerini Zoi. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 300 Barber Avenue, Worcester, MA 01606.
