She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert C. McMurtrie and Miriam E. McMurtrie (Heintel); and her sister Norma Louise Christian. She is survived by: her children, William Scott (Joanne) of Worcester, PA, David Alan (Shirley) of Redmond, WA and Diana L. Kernop (Gary) of Harleysville; her granddaughters, Jenna Joy and Samantha Jordon; her husband Harvey W. Fishburn, Jr.; and her daughter Samantha. She is also survived by her mother, sister, and stepfather as she grew to adulthood, or extended family such as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
