She is survived by: her children, Cindy Freeman of Telford, PA, Rick Nelson (Lisa) of Worcester, PA, David Nelson (Joni) of Worcester, PA and Laurie Nelson of Worcester, PA; and her siblings, Shirley M. Forest of Yardley, PA and Robert "Bob" Bourbeau (Alice) of Lake Mary, FL..
