She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Donahay, and Meriam Donahay, Sr.; her husband Charles Watkins, Sr.; and her brother Harold "Sonny" Donahay. She is survived by: her children, Chalsie Paul (Dwane) of Virginia, Charles Watkins, Jr. (Rhonda) of Mill Hall and Amanda Chaplain (Thomas Shadle) of Avis; her sister Anna Clements of Lock Haven; her grandchildren, Michael, Andrew Paul, Jenessa and Jadyn Watkins; and her pet Myia.
