She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hornberger and Maureen Hornberger. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas S. Leonard, III; her children, Jessica, Julia and Thomas IV; and her granddaughter Riley Smith. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Roman Catholic Church (208 Milmont Ave, Folsom, PA 19033). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
