Caldwell (Melissa Zay-Caldwell) and Brandy Caldwell (Phil Cerceo); his siblings, Jim Caldwell (Sue), Diane Whiteis (late Mert) and Bill Dillmore; his grandchildren, Sydney Caldwell, Tony Caldwell, Sadie Rae Caldwell and Georgie Makris; and his former wife Bonnie J. Jacobs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
