It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kisner of Woodland, Pennsylvania, born in Fort Dix, New Jersey, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kisner and Harriet Kisner (Locher); and his sisters, Teresa Guthrie and Kathy Lowers. He is survived by: his wife Ferne Kisner (Hamm); his stepdaughters, Sally Finkbeiner (David) and Erin Williams (Kristopher); his daughter Tiffany Fox (Timothy); his grandchildren, D. J., Anya, Michael, Tabitha and Douglas; and his siblings, Evelyn Bump (Tom), Mary Jane Double (Jeffrey) and Kenneth Kisner (Sherrie).
