She is survived by: her mother Joyce Welker (Maines) of Shiloh; her husband Paul Fletcher; her children, Josh Maines of Shiloh, Garrett Maines of Shiloh, Carrie Stump of Buckhannon, WV and Tabitha Fletcher (Mark Delaney) of Buckhannon, WV; her grandchildren, Kandus Sumpter, Rebecca Sumpter, Wesley and Kaleb Delaney; her great grandchild Liam Sumpter-Veselov; and her siblings, Teresa Welker of Shiloh and Justin Welker (Amy) of Shiloh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
