She is survived by: her parents, Mark A. Evans Sr. (Diane Robison) of Hawk Run, PA and Heather M. Walstrom (Guthrie); her stepfather Harold A. Walstrom of Woodland, PA.; her daughter Avah G. Walstrom of Woodland, PA; her siblings, Heaven L. Evans of Morrisdale, PA, Mark A. Evans, Jr. of Morrisdale, PA, Shane E. Evans of Brisbin, PA and Zachary M. Evans of Madera, PA; her nephews, Eric Bucior and Zaiden Bucior of Morrisdale, PA; and her pet Annie.
