He is survived by: his wife Diane McCormick (Bargiel); his daughter Megan Burns (Adam); his grandchildren, Lewis Rex of Chicago, Illinois and Stella Annemarie Burns of Chicago, Illinois; his children, MaryAnn McCormick of Ossining and Thomas McCormick (Shelley); his grandchildren, Rory of Waterford, Connecticut and Lily McCormick of Waterford, Connecticut; his sister Pauline Reynolds (Roger) of Shapleigh, Maine; and his sister-in-law Kathleen McCormick of Monroe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
