He was predeceased by: his father Donald A. Freeman; his brother Jeffrey A. Freeman; and his grandparents, William, Erenstine Freeman and Thelma R. Butler.

He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Bordas (Butler) of Woodland; his nephew Kellen M. Freeman (Rachael); his great-niece Jennifer; and his uncle Robert Freeman (Debbie).

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of donor's choice.
