She was predeceased by: her parents, George Calvin and Alice Belle Garland (Hixson); her husband Richard Lee Mellott; her son Craig L. Mellott; her siblings, Floyd, Ralph Garland and Ruth Kohr; and her great grandchildren, Millie Jean and Ella Pearl.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra M. (Dennis W. Replogle); her daughter-in-law Cherry Mellott; her grandchildren, Adam L. Mellott (Debbie), Zane H. Mellott of Breezewood, Nathaniel Replogle (Laura) of Roaring Spring and Ethan Replogle (Amanda) of Hopewell; her great grandchildren, Aria, Gannon and Stella Pearl; and her sister Betty Seitz (Donald). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
