She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Miller and Marguerite Miller (Quarry). She is survived by: her sons, Doug Miller (Diane) of Roaring Spring and Ken Miller (Barbara) of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Erin Miller (Jeremy), Devin Miller (Alana), Blake Miller and Vincent Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Brenan Miller and Laina Miller; her great grandchildren, Zane Miller and Zaelynn Miller; her sister Erma Mae Snyder of Roaring Spring; and her pet Bentley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be made to the Cove Lions Club or the Woodbury Church of the Brethren.
