He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Rinard and Mable Rinard (Crum); his wife Anna Mae Rinard (Stuller); his daughter Cheryl; his grandson Victor A.; and his son-in-law Terry Koontz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Heath (Victor) of Saxton, Robin Dorman (Ray) of Cresson and Sondra Koontz of Woodbury.
