She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Sr. and Mary C. Cunningham (Johnston); her husband Vance L. Fletcher; her son Troy E. Hughes; and her siblings, Peggy J. Cunningham and Dennis K. Giselman.
She is survived by: her children, John F. "Jake" Hughes (Kelly), Mary K. Johnson (Bruce) and Lisa M. Forshey; and her brothers, Gary C. Giselman and Donald R. Cunningham. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
