It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol M. Franklin of Woodbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth M. Miller and Margaret A. Miller (Fink); her husband Charles V. Franklin; her grandson Dalton Charles Franklin; her brother Arlan G. Miller; and her stepdaughter Jo Franklin-Escobedo.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Hinkle (Kevin) of Martinsburg and Charlie Franklin (Joni) of Manns Choice; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Dylan, Waylon, Camden, Harlie, Rylie, Colton, Stephen, Kaleb, Teagan and Madalyn; her great grandchildren, Melanie and Luna; and her brothers, K. Allen and Charles L. Miller.
