She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Carper and Kathryn G. Carper (Smith); and her spouse Kelly Alton Over. She is survived by: her children, Stephen K. Over (Cheryl) of Woodbury, Richard J. Over of Bridgewater, VA, Cindy S. Appleman (Dick) of Woodbury and Lyniece J. Culp (Stephen) of Woodbury; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Rebecca, Heather, Jessica, Brandon, Nicole, Ashley, Megan, Jaren, Michael and Daniel.
