He was predeceased by: his parents, George K. Troutman and Anna Troutman (Manbeck). He is survived by: his sisters, A. Louise (Terry Bashore) of Kansas, Roberta A. (Ricki Bashore, Sr.) of Lebanon, Barbara A. (Barry Good) of Mohrsville, Georgianne (Mitchel Benner) of Sinking Spring and Carol A. Patches of Jonestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
