She was predeceased by: her father Edward Schies. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Batz; her son Kyle (Holly); her grandchildren, Kassidy and Kaydon; and her sister Cindy Hammer (Bernd). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
