Ruth M. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L. Keppley; and her parents, Allen Fair and Ruth Fair (Wentzel). She is survived by: her children, Barry S. Keppley (Michele), Karen D. (Marty Ulrich), Michael S. Keppley (Kathy), Debbie R. (John Keller) and Kimberley L. (Dan Mazza); her siblings, Charles Fair and Edith "Sue" Steely; her grandchildren, Ryan, Chad, Derick, Brooke, Nichole and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Melanie.
