Gulley (Hartman); his parent Gerald L. Gulley of Monaca; his daughters, LeeAnna and Sylvannah; his siblings, Melissa Gulley, Jerry, Rick and Greg; his parents-in-law, Ruth Hartman of Robesonia and Ray Hartman of Wernersville; and his sister-in-law Sheila Hartman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
