He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond T. and Ann Seiz, Sr. (Rhode); and his siblings, Barb, Pat and Dick.
He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Seiz (Crostley); his children, Denise M. (Jeff Glass), Jeffrey Seiz (Debbie) and Kathleen (Craig Schafer); and his brother Donald Seiz (Mary Lou). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
