She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Garner and Edith C. Garner (Thomas); her daughters, Sharon Garner and Lawanda Bailey; and her brothers, Raymond Garner and Barry Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald Garner, Robert Garner, Patricia Bailey-Taylor and Darryl Bailey; and her siblings, Robert Garner, Phyllis Garner and Shelly Garner. She is also survived by great great grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
