He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel R. Moyer and Mary Elizabeth Moyer (Klingler); and his son Joseph C. Moyer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Moyer (Keefer); his sisters, Pastor Elaine Moyer of Ickesburg and Linda (Robert Spigelmeyer); and his grandchildren, Blake, Logan and Wayde Moyer.
