Govern (Fogarty); his friend Asian Fusion; his siblings, Ryan J. Govern, Noah D. Govern and Shannon B. Govern; and his grandmothers, Jeannette A. Mallory (Geist) and Margaret A. Govern (Burdess). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
