He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Tipton, Lorine Hammonds, Ed Tipton, Thelma Jones, Joyce Grove and Harold Tipton; his wife Ruth Tipton; his sons, Rev. Donald Tipton (Dyann) and Rev. Jerry Tipton (Sally); and his grandsons, Rev. Dathan Tipton (Kristie), Devin Tipton (Krista), Rev. Joshua Tipton (Yahaira) and Rev. Jaron Tipton (Katherine).
