He is survived by: his sister Donna Wise; his close friend Mary Louise Snyder; and his sons, David Oberdorff of Elizabethtown, PA and Vernon Oberdorff Jr. of Surf City, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
