He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Fazio and Angelina Fazio (Larocco); and his brothers, Richard and Salvatore Fazio. He is survived by: his children, Thomas S. Fazio (Luanne) of Maryland, Richard Fazio (Teresa) of Virginia, Peter Fazio (Lydia) of Felton and James Fazio (Jennifer) of Maryland; and his former wife Lillian Fazio. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
