He is survived by: his parents, George Raymond Sparks, Sr. of Airville, PA and Valerie Dale Griffith (Irwin) of Delta, PA.; his children, Samuel Paul Sparks, Jr. (Felton) and Amelia Catherine Sparks; his siblings, George R. Sparks, Jr., Wendy Marie Lee, Racheal Marie Sparks, John Micheal Sparks and Lucas Matthew Sparks; and his stepsisters, Connie Mearkle and Bonnie Hockenberry.
