She was predeceased by: her husband Harry L. Adam, Jr.; and her parents, Earl R. Potteiger and Mae Marie Potteiger (Wehr). She is survived by: her son Nathan D. Dunleavy (Tami L.); and her grandchildren, Raynee A. and Scottie N. Dunleavy. She is also survived by three brothers, and one sister.
