He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark V. Schrum and Janet R. Schrum (King). He is survived by: his wife Debbie V. Schrum (Smeltzer); his children, Michael Schrum (Angie), Loretta Hoover (Eric), Randy Schrum, Jr. (Tammy) and Sarah Royston (Zach); and his brother Steve Schrum (Lynn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., in honor of Randy Schrum, to assist in funeral expenses.
