He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Heckman and Sadie Heckman (Herber); his children, Nancy D. Kutz (Heckman) and Ryan P. Heckman; and his siblings, Grace Wanner, Nevin Heckman, LeRoy Heckman and Lloyd Heckman.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Heckman (Kerschner); his children, Barbara A. (Heckman), Richard Kutz, Fleetwood, Brenda F. (Heckman), Michael Ramich, Reading, Darlene K. (Heckman), Barry Kelchner, Womelsdorf and Randy P. Heckman, Sr. (Tammy); and his siblings, Ernest Heckman, Carl Heckman and Ruth Kershner (Heckman).
