He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Virgil Weathersbee and Beulah Weathersbee Joines (Chrisenberry); his son Marc Weathersbee; and his siblings, Joseph Weathersbee, Karen Weathersbee and Jackie Carruthers.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Weathersbee (Conway); his son Michael Weathersbee; his stepchildren, Ashley Rollman and John Rollman, IV; his grandchildren, Kenton Smith and Whitley Shorts; his sisters, Beverly Weathersbee, Marsha Moreschi and Joyce Flinchbaugh; and his pet Buddy.
