He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Forrest (Cunningham); his daughters, Tracy L. Lutz (Ty) of Felton and Tamara L. Krzywulak (Ray) of Felton; his stepchildren, Tira L. Manganello (Robert) of York and Timothy L. Ilgenfritz (Amanda) of Wrightsville; his grandchildren, Dakota, Logan, Livia, Liam, Jarrett, Ryan, Justin, Luke, Carter, Calista and Coen; his great grandchild Owen; and his sisters, Carol Fasick and Sheryl Beeler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
