He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis J. Dzubinski (Shaffer) and Charles Rohrbaugh; and his sister Angie Sweitzer. He is survived by: his wife Penny Lynn Dzubinski (Smith); his stepfather Ted Dzubinski of Lititz; and his daughter Bryanne L. (Zachary Gannon) of Red Lion. He is also survived by three stepbrothers; four nieces and nephew.
