He was predeceased by: his sister Jacqueline B. Smeltzer. He is survived by: his wife Joann L. Smeltzer (Frey); his son Mark A. Smeltzer (Florence) of Red Lion; and his granddaughters, Michelle Chapman (Corey) of Indianapolis, IN and Sally Ann Kling of Red Lion. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
