He was predeceased by: his cousin Robbie. He is survived by: his parents, John P. Capik and Davina Capik; his brother Quinn Capik; his grandparents, John, Gloria Capik, Susan McGovern and David McGovern; his aunts and uncles, Laura McGuire (Dave), Jereme Capik (Jillian), Danielle Doyle (Eric) and Ryan McGovern (Michelle); his cousins, Finnegan, Sullivan, Lachlan, Madeline, Daniel, Eli and Riley; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
