He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Smeltzer (Coeyman). He is survived by: his children, Allen J. Smeltzer (Shirley) of Red Lion, Ricky Dietz (Penny), Beth Clark (Kevin) of Airville and Karen Winters; his grandchildren, Angela Clark, Lindsey Clark Kress (Seth), Sean Smeltzer, Michael Dietz, David Dietz (Karen), Angela Winters Glatfelter (Kevin) and Missy Winters Frey; and his siblings, Marlin Smeltzer of South Carolina and Sandra Smeltzer Kleiman of Spring Grove. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
