Louder (Windber, Pennsylvania), born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Grace Louder (Frazer). He is survived by: his father Raymond Charles; his wife Dawn M. Louder (Agee); his sons, Brett W. Louder (Alyssa) and Cody M. Louder; his stepchildren, Emily Murcia (Chris), Kylee Sisco and Brayden Smith; his granddaughter Aubriella Lena Murcia; and his siblings, Karen Ann Olarte (Maurizio), Tom Louder (Lisa), Tim Louder (Shannan), Brian Louder (Velvet), Rachael Wadsworth (Craig) and Roger Louder (Stacey).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in memory of Bill.
