He is survived by: his wife Carol (Knapek); his children, Tammy Sandoval (Dan) of Johnstown, Victor Sandoval Jr. (Megan) of Johnstown, Crystal Sandoval of Florida, Jason Sandoval (Deb) of Florida, Teri Shaffer of Florida, Alisha Kromer (Chris) of Johnstown and Johnny Giddons of Johnstown; his siblings, Connie Furfari (John), James Sandoval (Sue) and Frank Sandoval (Renee); his brother-in-law Tom Furfari; and his friends, Chris Martin and Joni Weaver. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
