It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Very Reverend Protopresbyter Michael Slovesko (Windber, Pennsylvania), born in Masury, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Slovesko and Anna Gidik Slovesko; and his son Basil Slovesko. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Fetsko Slovesko; his daughter Rebecca Ream (David) of Ephrata, PA; his grandchildren, Justin Ream (Danielle) of Lynn Haven, FL and Jesika Wilhelm (Justin) of Shillington, PA; his great grandchild Cora Wilhem; and his sister Theresa Ann Koast of Binghamton, NY..
